Hello and welcome!
Tarzan & Jane, based in South Africa, is an indie online store run by local artisans. Each item is manufactured using our hands #handsnotmachines.
Long gone are the days when our parents and grandparents made beautiful items by hand, for family members. These items would last for years to come...
I remember how my grandfather would make leather bags and shoes from his little workshop in his garage. Each member of the family benefited from his talent and we still have those precious items 20 years later! (Thank you Grandpa!) We feature local South African, designed and created pieces that are luxurious and affordable. All items by Tarzan & Jane are made by hand. No castings, or fancy machines or what I call "Chinese Manufacturing".
From humble beginnings, Tarzan & Jane has grown to be an online store which delivers throughout South Africa!

FAQ |Delivery Information
As each item is handmade to order by our artisans, please allow for 1 day as 'creation' time which may take up to 48 hours over our busy December period.
We offer free delivery to your door with 2-3 working days to major cities within South Africa via Aramex courier service. Please use your home address as our courier does not deliver to post boxes.
International orders are sent via small packet through the South African Postal Service and usually take two weeks to other countries however, there may be a customs delay when the parcel reaches your country.
Returns and exchange details:
In the effort to avoid refunds & any unhappiness, we have paid extreme attention to our photo's & descriptions - We want you to know exactly what you are buying. If you are still not happy with the items you bought, please contact us within 3 days. You will be responsible for return shipping, and then a refund may be done once it has been received back in same condition & packaging.
No returns / refunds on earrings as these are of a personal nature (due to hygiene) and each item is made to order once a purchase has been placed.
Please make 100% sure of your size when purchasing rings (our sizing chart can be found within the product image galleries) However, if you have ordered the wrong size, most rings can easily be sized at your local jeweler - this will be more cost & time effective for you as return shipping fees outweigh the cost of a resize.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns or orders lost/damaged in the post.
*If you do wish to return something, please bear in mind you will have to pay the return shipping as well as any custom clearance fees we may be charged to get your parcel back.
